Two-component adhesive

The two-part chemical anchor is a rapid curing system consisting of a two-chamber capsule housed in a plastic vial with a static mixer. This design allows for automatic mixing, ensuring consistent mix quality. Chemical anchoring is the most secure method of anchoring loads into concrete and other surfaces. In combination with a stud, an extremely strong and secure anchorage is achieved. For proper installation of the stud, we first clean the hole of dust and drilling debris. We then use a gun to inject the two-part chemistry into the hole, filling it up to 70%. With a rotating motion we insert the stud to the desired depth. After curing we obtain a resistant and reliable fastener.

Advantages over conventional anchors include: significantly greater load resistance, complete filling of the hole which prevents water penetration into the concrete, no deformation and resistance to external weather conditions. The disadvantage is the time required for the material to cure.
